Elisa Levy has been
researching and writing on conflict resolution, people skills and women's human
rights since 1996. She has co-authored a book for the United Nations, published
reports and papers on global conflict resolution and violence against women, and

Against Women
Approximately 25 percent of the world's women experiences some form of violence
in their lifetimes. While nations around the world have made tremendous strides
in this areas over the past several decades, violence against women in all of
its forms:
sexual, physical, verbal is pervasive in every corner of the globe.
Elisa Levy has been researching and
writing on violence against women and girls for more than a decade. In 2000, she
co-authored a book on violence against women for the United Nations, and has

International Conflict Resolution
There has never been a time recorded in human history
without conflict. The nature of it, however, has changed immensely. Wars have
moved from battlefields to communities, and the majority of casualties has
shifted from soldiers to civilians. As global conflict changes, so must
responses to it. Elisa Levy has researched and written about conflicts around
